Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah (رضي الله عنه) was one of the greatest companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, known for his piety, leadership, and unwavering commitment to Islam. His full name was Amir bin Abdullah bin al-Jarrah, and he was born into the noble Quraysh tribe in Mecca around 583 AD. He embraced Islam in his early days, making him one of the “As-Sabiqun al-Awwalun” (the first to convert to Islam).
